Immunostaining of differentiated mouse ES cells with antibodies that recognise the KAP1 corepressor (red) and the KRAB zinc finger protein NT2 (green) with DNA counterstained with DAP1 (blue). NT2 is found in foci in the nucleus, that colocalise with foci of KAP1 (yellow in merge), but unlike KAP1 is not present at domains of constitutive heterochromatin (large pink domains).
