MAKEMAC

MAKEMAC is the acronym for the EU funded Research Training Network aimed at improving skills and technologies in the area of artificial chromosome construction, delivery and use.Artificial chromosomes provide a novel technology for the analysis of chromosomal elements and for maintaining large segments of DNA for biotechnology/gene therapy purposes.
